When does the newborn stage get any easier? My little girl is 7 weeks old and I still feel like I don’t know what i’m doing and can’t help her. I struggle to get her to nap and we are both exhausted, there is no sign of a routine starting any time soon. Her naps are different times and lengths every day so her feeds (bottle feed) are at different times every day. Sometimes she will sleep well of a night but sometimes she can be up for a few hours. I get out every day for a walk so we don’t go crazy in the house but I’m finding it really hard. She was awake a few times last night and now she’s been awake for nearly 3 hours but just will not go to sleep.
Any advice would be great??

Hello! First of all.. it will get easier! I promise. I remember the early weeks, my DS is 6 months and it has got easier as time had passed. I'd say 10 weeeks for me felt like a step change. It's so overwhelming those first few weeks. You sound like you're doing a great job, especially getting out and about. Hang on in there!! Xx
