Can anyone guess which type of bug this is? (Pic)

Recently moved into a rental property, no pets but believe previous tenant did. Whole place hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned and be re-carpeted. Noticed a few of these little things on fireplace after DH hung a picture above it. Any guesses? Do we need to burn the house down?

I would've said bedbug (sorry) but the head seems to be fully separate - is it? Anyway, did it look like any of these?

Oh, could be much worse then! Looks like you should keep the window open or get a dehumidifier. And they exist in perfectly clean homes so no judgement (not that I would judge, my house is gross).
