What cut of beef can I get in Morrisons or M+S for this slow cooked Jamie Oliver Stracotto recipe?

Recipe here. It says 1kg of beef chuck (chuck steak?) but a quick search on Morrisons online shows no such cut available.

What cut will work in its place? Want something that will fall apart after hours of cooking. Don't want a beef roasting joint. Happy to spend a bit for a good result.

Have access to Morrisons and a small M+S food.

Braising steak or short ribs would do.

Thanks Bear. Can you get braising steak in a big 1kg piece rather than diced? Think that could work well.

The butcher in Morrisons will cut you a 1kg piece. Looks delicious.

I've cooked rolled brisket from Morrisons and after sealing adding stock and cooking low and slow it makes a delicious falling apart joint .

I was going to say braising steak or shin.

Brisket or braising steak is the job 👍

Thanks all. I got some really nice braising steak.

It's in the oven now on low, tempted to have a nap or watch a movie while it cooks and DP takes his DC back to their mum's. My kind of low effort/high payoff dish 🤞😁.
