I have an interview for a civil service project manager role this week. I'm an internal candidate- my current role involves project management so I have good experience but that is only one element of the role so never had a 'project management' interview before. It's my first interview in years after 2 rounds of mat leave, so I'm really nervous!
It is a competency interview, so I have to give examples to fit the question. The competency areas are leadership, planning and delivery, working together and communicating and influencing.
Any ideas about what questions they might ask? What have you been asked at project manager interviews?
