When you wake up from a really bad dream

I hate having such bad dark horrible dreams. Does anyone else experience these. I guess they are a bit like nightmares. Feel rubbish now too

Almost all my dreams are horrible. I hate it when I can't shake them off and they taint the day. I wish I knew the secret to having nice or even neutral dreams.

It really affects your modd doesnt it
@ScreamingValenta i do find it odd how mine can resemble horror type films
