Does anyone else have these pains?

I sometimes get sudden electric shock type joint pains in my wrists and fingers! No loss of function or anything. Anyone else?!?

No but sometimes I get that jolt thing if I turn my head too quickly.. really freaks me out..

Yes. For me it's an RSI, could be a precursor to arthritis. Speak to your GP about it.

Yes! I think it could be carpal tunnel syndrome.

I got it after pregnancy if that makes any difference

Yes and it’s horrible. Sometimes I can feel my wrist just ‘go’. I’m sure mine is carpel tunnel, which got worse with each pregnancy. My mum had it too after pregnancy and had the operation. I don’t want to see the Dr though because I don’t want cortisone injections
