Leave your willy alone

OMG, how many tines a day do I need to say this to my nearly 4 year old? It’s especially bad when he is just wearing PJ bottoms

Please tell me he will learn to be more discreet soon?

My 3.5 year old is also obsessed. If he's not playing with it, he's talking about it!

WhereBeThatBlackbirdTo · 22/09/2018 19:32

Nope! Grin

ProudThrilledHappy · 22/09/2018 19:32

I wish I could say it gets better

I know. At least he doesn’t randomly get it out any more, he went through a big phase of doing that after potty training

They don't grow out if it. My 9 year old can't get through a day without mentioning his willy. He wound me up by saying he'd got his willy stuck in his zip . Just accept willy behaviour will be in your daily agenda. Confused

MaraScottie · 22/09/2018 19:35

And sweet Jesus, the wee everywhere Envy

CustardOmlet · 22/09/2018 19:35

It’s my 5yr old obsession, don’t know how his teachers cope!

SpunBodgeSquarepants · 22/09/2018 19:35

My 35yo OH sits with his hands down his boxers (which I find SO attractive...) so.... No.

bionicnemonic · 22/09/2018 19:36

Do they EVER grow out of it?! Wink

blueskiesandforests · 22/09/2018 19:37

Of course it gets better! When non family members are around by the time they develop inhibition about nakedness etc. They wont do it in public by age 5 or so, but when tired at home later, maybe not properly inhibited about nakedness and willies til 10.

AuntieStella · 22/09/2018 19:37

Just keep saying 'in private, dear' in a really really bored tone.

At least this is one thing that people can't blame the mother

Rkay2 · 22/09/2018 19:38

My 7 month old has now realised that something exists in the nappies! I think now this is the start!

Aprilshowersnowastorm · 22/09/2018 19:38

Pants underneath, it won't be hanging around shouting for attention then!

BillywigSting · 22/09/2018 19:38

I had to stop mine actively windmilling his after his bath last night.

He's five.

applesauce1 · 22/09/2018 19:39

Good luck. My 32 year old husband always has his hands down his lounge wear at home.
Once, he chopped some chillis, didn't wash his hands properly and resumed absent minded phallic fondling later on. You'd think the shock and pain would have acted as a deterrent. It did not.

Sirzy · 22/09/2018 19:40

I said to ds last week “don’t play with your willy when other people are around”

So he went into the empty room next to us, came back a few minutes later and said “finished playing” Hmm

blueskiesandforests · 22/09/2018 19:40

There doesn't need to be wee everywhere either! What are some of you teaching your son's! Willy fixation is normal but fiddling in public and wee everywhere after aren't after sge 5 or 6! My boys are 7 and 11. Only have to raise eyebrows at 7 year old occasionally. Playing with your willy is to be fine in private. It's not difficult, just matter of fact.

blueskiesandforests · 22/09/2018 19:41

Totally fine not to be fine.

firsttimebabybirther · 22/09/2018 19:43

This is hilarious Grin I've go a 6 month old boy so got all of this to come Grin

SausageOnAFork · 22/09/2018 19:48

I thought this was going to be about the grown men you see with their hands constantly down their pants.

MaraScottie · 22/09/2018 19:51

Jees blueskies, judgemental or what!

My son is 3 by the way. Doesn't really care about social graces, or aiming into the water every time.

chantico · 22/09/2018 19:51

sirzy how old is your DS?

(17?)

TiaMariaAndCoke · 22/09/2018 19:55

My six year old is mad for his. I've told him he can play with it as much as he likes in bed but it's not for sharing. I fear he knows exactly what he's doing as when I say "put it away. What would miss teacher say if you got it out in class?" ... And he responds with a grin "she'd think it's lovely". Blush

InsomniacAnonymous · 22/09/2018 20:04

I'm so glad I had a daughter.

Gemini69 · 22/09/2018 20:05
