Anyone got the cooking instructions for Costco breaded frozen fish?

the box was too bulky so I chucked it after carefully cutting out the instructions, but I've no idea what I did with them!

At a guess I’d go with 35-40 minutes at fan 180

It's not very thick so was thinking a little less Horace. Nope Mrs Tommy :( good shout though. I'm sure I put it in the freezer beside the fish but not there

Just trying to time it with the wedges Playing. The oven is on hotter for those but i've shoved it down a shelf. It actually wasn't that great to be honest but there are still 4 pieces left so I don't want to waste it. If we cover it in tartar sauce then we wont notice it's a bit dry!

Sainsbury's chunky cod fillets about 30 minutes at about 180C.

Thanks Prosecco :) we ate them about 6 hours ago and have lived to tell the tale. They were nicer than they were when I used the instructions...
