Quick question - would an ECG Technician have full access to my medical records?

As the title - can anyone answer please? I was wondering as a very loosely connected acquaintance of mine is likely to be fitting me with a 24-hour monitor soon.

Will she be able to see all my medical records or just the reason the test is needed?

Difficult to say for certain, it will depend on local systems. They may well do, however if the records are electronic then there would be a log of what was viewed. If they looked at something they had no reason to and were caught they could lose their job.
