Chuffing Xbox help

DS1 got a new turtle beach headset for an Xbox 360. We couldn't get it connected at first but got it working all fine.

Today the same thing has happened. It's definitely not faulty as we can use it on an iPad. We've fiddled with various settings, turned off and on, checked it's not muted but all to no avail. He can hear without the headset plugged in.

Any suggestions?!

Does this help- i have a feeling we had this issue with my sons xbox 360 - i cant remember exactly how we solved it but the xbox 360 advice at the bottom of this link seems vaguely familiar - hope you get it sorted

Thanks! We found the other controller and that's one is working. So now he's happily back on fortnite! GrinConfused
