Found this pill (pic attached)

I do not know where to post ... I found this tablet (medicine or alike) in my front door, someone must have dropped it ... I can not identify what it is and is driving me crazy
What would you do? Anyone know what is it?
I do not know if I am making an issue where there is none, I supose I am worried someone in my family is taking this medicine I do not know about ...

Could you open a blister and see the actual pill? It may have a code on it which identifies it

Just did and it has nothing, is white but with these small darker tiny specks ...

The circle striked thru a wine glass type thing but also knife and fork , so I assume take without food

They're not pharmaceutical if there is no imprint on the tablet.

It could be.anything. Have you asked if it.belongs to anyone. There is a medicine identification page which might show the strip.
