Any doctors here? High folate levels when TTC

I’ve recently had a load of blood tests done and the only one that was out of range was my serum folate, which was >20 when the reference range is 2.5-19.5.

I take a multivitamin which contains folic acid, but I’ve recently also started taking another folic acid tablet because I’m TTC. Do I need to stop the extra folic acid?

I have just had a look at the possible link between high folate levels and autism, which is now of great interest as my eldest has just been diagnosed with ASD.

My B12 levels are normal.
