Every Friday I get a text from my bank with amounts payments and similar, this morning the amount was off I keep a close eye on spending im never more than £5 out a month
This morning's text was £550 up! Doing some digging it's from a fast pay payment but it has no reference number after calling my bank even they can't find any reference other than fast pay this is wierd right?
I'm worried someone's put their rent into the wrong account the only other thing I can think of is months back I put in a complaint as my banks online access went down for quite some time, last week they called up asking for more details hoping to sort some form of compensation but I really don't think it could be for this much and if it was why wouldn't the bank have known when I called
Iv put the money in a separate account for know but how long do I give it till it's claimed or not?
