Does this breakfast fit in with a low carb diet?

Large dollop of Full fat total Greek yogurt
Large handful of raspberries
Small handful of pistachio nuts and pumpkin seeds mixed through

It's not low enough in carb to be eaten as part of a keto diet but it's definitely lower in carbs than most traditional western breakfasts.

I don't think being to go as full on as a keto diet. Hmm. Good to know it's relatively low carb though

Yes, I'd consider that low carb overall but as PP has said, it wouldn't work if you were trying to cut out carbs completely. the carbs in this are in the form of naturally occurring sugars in the yoghurt and berries.
