Will start researching, but does anyone know if there is anywhere in London that you can get a personalised England Football shirt, while you wait?

Niketown is the obvious one isn’t it?

I think Wembley Stadium shop has them, and can personalise in-store. But they don't open until 10 to check. Finger's crossed!
