Nut problem, help me please!

I have a small piece of nut stuck under my gum, well, stuck right under my impacted wisdom tooth!

I've been here for 20 minutes trying to rinse it out with salt water.
What else can I do to get it out?!

Tweezers?
I've used needles, but that's probably silly (ex was a tattooist).
Any coconut oil in your cupboard? If you can dissolve it in your mouth and swish for 10 minutes, it should loosen it.

Ok this sounds a bit weird but when I has similar I bit off a bit of one of my nails and poked at it with the nail using my tongue. I was getting desperate and got the tip off the Internet. Just be careful not to poke it right in

Cider vinegar might help to disove it bit by bit . Just gargle with it. Has helped me disolve other food but not sure about nuts.

Chewing gum? It may stick to it?
