Hi All,

Has anyone here got experience of raising a child on a boat? And I don't mean the 2.5mill kind in Chelsea!!

I've seen quite a few blogs/articles about kids on yachts. Here for example: www.yachtingworld.com/cruising/sailing-with-children-61790

DHs parents and sister live on boats (narrow type) and have a number of friends with one child and Dsil is currently ttc with every intention of staying on the boat.

There's practical considerations of space but also schooling, friends etc.

What sort of boat?

HepzibahHumbug · 22/09/2018 00:10

Thanks all. Narrowboat 55ft. Green and red.
