Small portable gifts for a twelve year old boy

Hi, my son will be turning twelve in December and unfortunately will be away on a school trip.

We will be celebrating his day before / after but I want him to be able to open a few little gifts on the day that I can wrap and put in his suitcase.

Any ideas? He's into reading, gaming, lego, anything tech, gadgety.

So far I've come up with a foldable football, a voucher for the M&Mworld in Leicester Square, a Steve Jobs book. Will also get a gadget magazine nearer the time.

Any other ideas?

Oh should say also, nothing too valuable as he will need to be responsible for the gifts .... and he's a twelve year old boy!

I've bought my nearly 12 year old DS an emoji power bank as one of his Christmas presents. He kept borrowing one from his sister in the summer so I know he'll use it. The fact that it is shaped like the poo emoji will be a bonus.

Top Trumps to play with his mates after lights out and a good little gadgety torch.
