Any job hunters registered their CV with CV Library?

As above really... has anyone used it and if so, was it useful or did you get spammed by loads of people with opportunities that were completely unsuitable for you (or, alternatively, not hear anything at all?)

CV library can be good if you want people to help you find work. However depending on how skills short your industry is you could get lots of calls.

I have successfully placed candidates multiple times because their Cvs came through the ‘watchdog function’ however a lot of my candidates would moan that they only applied for one role and then had 50 missed calls from recruiters.

Ok, that’s useful thanks. I am fairly niche in my area so, although I may get calls asking if I want different roles, it may be worth it. Will give it a whirl!
