Gift hamper ideas for DH please!

Can never decide what to get DH for his birthday. He's not materialist at all and anything he needs he just gets. This year I thought a gift hamper sort of thing might be nice. I don't have a massive budget (£50) so thought I would fill it with just nice little things.

Up to now I have ordered a personalised mug, key ring with DD picture, a mini birthday cake and his favourite chocolate.

Does anyone have any other ideas? I did think aftershave but the ones he has are £50/£60 per bottle

New wallet, retro sweets and socks maybe? x

Also does he drink wine? If so why not get him a bottle and buy a personalised wine bottle vinyl stick off eBay, you can get them for rough £2.50.

I got my Dad a personalised label for a bottle of famous grouse.

I think you can get one on this link but I am sure mine had a photo too.

A book - there must be something fact or fiction that interests him. Some nice shaving cream? Shower gel? Pair of fun socks?

Voucher for a blow job Grin

Maybe a couple of bottles of local ale if he drinks? Or nice tea or coffee to go with the mug?

Thanks everyone some great ideas

Just get 1 bottle of something he would like rather than a pile of cheaper stuff that will probably just be unwanted and unused.

Agree with Jensen. Totally pointless buying a load of bitty crap when you could just get aftershave.

Look online for discounts or cashback if the one he likes is slightly above budget.

CakeNinja · 20/09/2018 07:21

Completely and utterly agree with the above! Just buy one nice thing that you know he’s going to use and wear rather than a pile of stuff that, while nice enough and obviously very thoughtful, will probably just sit unused or possibly be dumped.
I learnt the hard way, quality not quantity!!

vivasunshine · 20/09/2018 13:51

I disagree with the above, a nice hamper of gifts is a lot more thoughtful than a bottle of aftershave that he could get himself.

A gift hamper is a lovely thought.
