Tonight we have chicken in cream, white wine & tarragon with baby potatoes & asparagus 😃 then white chocolate cheesecake

We have fish curry with roti or rice

Chicken curry for us and then lemon posset.

Carbonara. Was lovely

Steak with potatoes and salad :)

Scrambled egg, bacon and beans and then yoghurt with a kit Kat.

DH is out, so the DC and I had sausage and mash (he likes neither).

Sausage and fennel pasta with a tonne of grated cheese on top.

Roast beetroot with z’atar & sour cream (trying a new recipe), then cottage pie & sweetcorn.

Ds is away so I can try new food without him peering & being rude.

Ham egg and chips.

Boring but skint.

Oh some lovely dinners have been had tonight

Fish curry there is something I haven’t had in ages....

Roast Turkey, Roast Pork, Roast Potaoes, Veg upon Veg, Yorkshire Pudding, Stuffing and Gravy 😋

I'm looking at my electric pressure cooker and thinking risotto...

Chicken, green beans, brocolli, cabbage, Yorkshire puddings and gravy.

Chilli and rice

Had a light dinner. Homemade tomato soup and cheesy scones. Was yum!

Prosciutto wrapped cod on roasted veg.

This all sounds very fancy for a weary Wednesday dinner!

Post overnight flight jet-lag-curing Chinese takeaway. Mmm salt and chilli chicken wings!

Boring meal here - boiled rice (overdone and soggy) tinned mushy peas and quorn sausage.

Utterly exhausted and can't face proper cookign.

I'd swap the peas for baked beans - mmmmmm

Sausages, dauphinois potatoes, peas and broccoli. Not very exciting and the dauphinois is ready made but with a two week old baby who feeds constantly and DH having just gone back to work today, it needed to be easy!

Spaghetti bolognese with lettuce salad. Supermarket delivery not arriving for another hour or more, so it's a storecupboard ingredients kind of evening.

Homemade chilli con carne with broccoli rice, grated cheeses and soured cream. Was lovely.
