Any Barbers/Hairdressers who can answer a question please?

Hello, I'm looking at doing a Barbering course. College offer a one or two year course but I've also seen a private 12 week intensive course. The end qualification is a "Modern Barbering Diploma" is this a recognised qualification in the industry?

I'm not a barber or hairdresser so cannot confirm but from googling the term 'modern barbering diploma' there aren't any actual relevant results so I would say it's unlikely to be a recognised qualification
