My white good died.
I paid a company to come and diagnose it, and replace the faulty part.
Within 4 months that also died.
But I'm told it came with a one year warranty.
However the company tell me that they will charge me £120 to diagnose the fault and come to reinstall the new part. Even when it's under warranty.
This could be a very expensive game, if it were to die on me in another 4 months again!
Is it even legal for a company to do this, when the actual spare part is still under warranty?
