Wwyd? My colleague keeps buzzing!

Argh. I am so frustrated. My colleague announces every few minutes that she is buzzing.

If an email arrives she says 'buzzin'. If someone answers her questions she says 'buzzin'. If i say, 'it's time for our meeting' she says 'buzzin'. If someone asks how her weekend was, she says 'buzzin'. At home time she announces...well you get the picture. Today I counted. She has said it 35 times already. In 3 hours!!

I'm worried about her. Is she trying to tell us she has a vibrator lost inside her? Is she being attacked by bees?

What should I do to help her and how do I not end up exploding all over her?

I know I joke, but real suggestions welcome.

Just tell her. It’s kinder than a PA comment every which she might feel is mocking.

Buzzin’ eh?

Is she doing cocaine? Grin

PA I think.

I have a colleague who says 'like' every few words. I wouldn't dream of pointing that out because it's just their turn of phrase. I don't think you can do much about 'buzzin' either. I wish that she'd add the 'g' though! That'd soften it a bit for me!

I'd just ask: ' What does 'buzzin' mean? you use it a lot?'
