Motherhood has changed me as a person and not for the better!

I have two DC, a DD (4) and a DS (1). Since having them (and more since having DS) I have just become this horrible person. I am stressed and tired all the time, I find myself shouting constantly and arguments with DP are becoming more and more frequent.

I’m really struggling to loose weight and my confidence is very low and I just feel like I have to spend every moment tidying to keep on top of things.

Help me please! How can I become a fun loving mummy and partner again? How to I stop being so stressed all the time?

Are you getting much support? Any time just to yourself? You sound to me like you're simply worn out.

Do you work as well? You sound like you need a rest.

Yes i work... I’ve recently gone back to 5 days from part time. I only work school hours though so I can do the drop offs / pick ups. I’ve also just started studying a professional qualification.
DP is very good with the DC and generally does his fair share, however he thinks the evening is for relaxing... despite that being my busiest time of the day.
