Is cleaning up that difficult?

You wouldn't have a shower and just knock a few clumps of dirt off your body so WHY THE HELL would you 'tidy up' the kitchen after using it without wiping away crumbs, spraying and wiping down surfaces etc ??!! Is it that difficult??! Argh.

I can be a bit rubbish sometimes @otterturk.

Tbh I hate using loads of cleaning products.

You can rest safe though in the knowledge that your kitchen is more gleaming than mine :)

I’ve just lost my shit after going downstairs to a dirty kitchen with a sink full of dishes... this same kitchen was tidy when I left it around an hour ago. Angry

I hate that I care. Early night I think.

I understand, I used to be messy but now I have my own place any mess just makes me really stressed and feel disorganised. DP always forgets to sweep the kitchen floor .. or vacuums it which does nothing and so I get gross crumby socks

I feel your pain!

I keep my kitchen very neat, clean and tidy and nothing boils my blood more than going in there after DH/DS have made food and there are crumbs/butter/various other stuff all over the worktop and the floor!

I could actually commit murder! 🤬

I cleaned my kitchen after cooking dinner last night, DD 14 came home from being out with her friends, and wanted to make toast Sad is it bad that I'd rather her starve than make a crumby, buttery, toasty mess all over my freshly clean work surfaces and floor?
