Painful rips when touched

I tried Google and could not find anything. So if Someone lightly pokes or tiggles me in the rib area it's really painful. It's been like it for years. I'm just wondering what it might be and if others get it .

Is it a burning sensation? Mine were like that- it felt like a skin condition but was actually bruising.

Not Costochndritis no pain in chest. No pain ever unless touched/poked/tiggled in the ribs

It was not don't on purpose. And I think some times people think your joking with them. How can tiggling hurt ? They possibly think I'm joking.

Try pressing on your shins, quite firmly. Bones painful to touch is a sign of vitamin D deficiency. May not be that but it's just a thought.
