I am not sure how I have managed to get to my 30s without knowing how to be orgaised but I am tired of being like this. I dont know how to do basic things at work like managing my Outlook emails effectively. I know how to make folders etc but I dont know how to embed this in my daily working practices.
I basically dont know how to be a mature professional employee and I want to be. Please can anyone help with advice?!
I use and make to do lists quite effectively but dont know how to work from annual work plans backwards. Im a project coordinator.
