Are x rays needed for Invisalign

I think they just take casts of your teeth, don't they? Your dentist will be able to say for sure.

I had one for mine. They had to make sure the teeth below the gum line were stable, I thonk

I'm a ortho nurse yes you have to have 2 X-rays ideally start and end of treatment maybe throughout too. This is to check the length of your roots and health of your teeth.

@Betterdaysarecoming71 the X-ray you need is called an OPG you bite on the tip of a peg and it spins round your head so if you have a gag reflex this doesn't effect it.
