Saw a weekend deal at £529 2 weeks ago went to book and it's now £100 more

Seasoned CP goers is this likely to change and or go back down or up?!

In my experience it is unlikely to go down! But highly likely to go up.

Try checking the price with your browser in incognitio mode (Chrome is good). Sometimes prices go up because you've looked at them before.
