Help! Inspirational quotes to help friend in a "don't let the b*st*rds get you down" style

A friend of mine has been utterly f*cked over at her work in a promotional context. She will get it next time but only if she actually applies. She is feeling so bruised by the experience that she is saying she can't face applying again.

I'm looking for an inspirational quote to put on a card for her - something about getting back up when you get knocked down, persisting in the face of adversity type thing.

Any ideas?

Thanks both - I'm really looking for more of a classic inpsirational quote rather than my "don't let the bastards get you down" type - it's a bit lacking in the inspiring bit.
