Does anyone use the Natwest banking app? Help with quick question re emergency cash pleeease

I had to cancel my cards today as left purse on a train

I went in the app to use the emergency cash function and the option isn't there at the bottom anymore. Is it the same for everyone???

I think it’s because you cancelled your cards, it’s on the RBS app and they are the same sorry

You can call customer services if you've cancelled your card and they can give you a code.

Yeah, it won’t work if you’ve cancelled your cards.

Yes if you cancelled your cards then you can’t do emergency cash from the app. If you take some ID into a branch they will be able to help you.

It's on my Natwest app... maybe because you've cancelled card?!
