Way to arrange to travel with others just for companionship?

Asking for my friend. She’s in her 40’s and single and lives travelling. She ideally would like to travel with someone locally/abroad whether Male/female for the companionship. But absolutely doesn’t want it to be a date, doesn’t want to go on a singles holiday. So is there any tinder like apps for travelling? Or any sites or places she can find this?

Has she got any particular interests cycling, yoga, walking, painting then she can do a group thing. Never heard of a tinder for holiday companions.

Would she like a group tour? There are lots out there for solo travellers.

She likes painting and photography. A group tour sounds like a good idea.
Although I think she was thinking more of a “fuck it, I want to go travelling next week, who’s free?” Kind of thought.
