Just wondering as I keep seeing posts on Instagram about it but seemingly not a selling sense, but there's lots of hashtags which make me think there must be some sort of MLM going on.
Then again, it seems to be for charity too?

Yes it's an MLM. Charity 'giving' appears to be the latest thing for MLMs....

I think the key is “all net proceeds from eligible customers ”, ie net is after everyone has taken their cut and eligible is subject to interpretation. I don’t think that these terms have any legal validity.

I’ll bet that equates to the square root of next to nothing.
