Two year old has habit of biting when excited but has never broken the skin. He has just bitten my five year old through his school shirt abd the wound is now bleeding.

How should I clean it up to reduce the risk of infection? I have TCP here, shall I dilute it and put that on it?

NHS and first aid advice for human (and animal) bites that have broken the skin is to give it a thorough clean and seek medical advice, so at the very least you should call your GP to see if he needs it checked or any treatment (in my experience, often a short prophylactic course of antibiotics).
