Does anyone know if law and order svu dvds have subtitles?!

Downloaded season 1 which was fine. Season 2 downloads don’t have subtitles Hmm but do the dvds? For some reason I can’t find the info on amazon!

And why have subs on some season downloads and not others ffs!?
