CMS Payments and reductions help please!

Hi all can anyone help?

My EXP pays child support for 3 children, 2 from a previous relationship and our DS. EXP has a girlfriend who also has 2 children, from what I’ve read if they move in together the CSA he does currently pay would be reduced, does anyone know how much it would be reduced by? He currently pays 19% between his 3 children. I just want to plan ahead because I’ve got a feeling this may happen as EXP would literally do anything to reduce his CSA payments. Also EXP has DS one night a week however if he’s got plans (which happens quite often) he asks family members to have DS is this counted towards the 52 nights shared care? Or is it 52 nights with him? Thanks everyone

Hiya the overnights is with the NRP not their family.
Also in my experience our cms was reduced by a fiver when new baby was born.

Don't worry about the reduction. It's minimal. £2 per child living with him per week approx.
As for the nights, he can ask whomever he wants to babysit, and yes they count as his nights (same as it does for you).

Thanks everyone, That’s great, I thought CMS would have shared the amount he pays for 3 children between 5 children. I write down all nights that family members have DS as I drop him off their and pick him I also give them food/ Baby milk and clothes etc for DS, I’m just going to wait for the review and count up all the nights he’s had DS and if there’s a considerable difference from 52 nights I will inform CMS.
