Name one thing you're looking forward to this week..

For me it's going to a big home shop with my uncle, mum and sister. They have so many little stalls and brands and they have an actual Christmas display. I always think even if you've got a busy week there's something to look forward to. Even if it is just having an early finish at work or the fact there's a chilled wine in the fridge.

What's the one thing you're looking forward to out of life?

Long weekend coming up, with three childfree days! They'll have a great time and so will I.

Payday. Last got paid end of July. Credit card's taken a battering. Then I get another payday the week after and everything will be back to normal.

Looking forward to ticking more things off my autumn bucket list. Love this time of year but never really 'do' anything so this year I'm fully going for it. Had a toffee apple today. Was great.

Going to Egypt on Saturday for a week and doing sod all but sunbathe while being waited on in a fantastic adults only hotel.

Meeting a very good friend for a long overdue catchup. We have found a new cafe that does fantastic cooked breakfasts all day. We are both looking forward to hours of chat over tattie scones and ☕️.

Bugger all quite frankly. I think my dh is having an affair which I only know about as I am getting poison pen letters. Dh says not true but he would wouldn't he? Marvellous.
My dd is very poorly. My ds too.
I am suffering from insomnia ( see above) however can't sleep due to ill dc and all the sick.

Dh has been called out to work. Apparently.

Ex dh has withdrawn paying for his dc, our of the blue, however it seems he is re marrying so not quite such a mystery then.

So can't wait to see what is in store this week.

I do have chocolate cake, actually.

I have also just inadvertently stumbled on something else. I can't process it yet, because I'm too taken aback and disbelieving. Even though it's in black and white I can't believe it. This time is not from an unknown person re my dh so that's something I suppose.

Got some very expensive rubber stable mats coming for horse which will save me loads of time and a small fortune in straw this year. The interesting part will be fitting them!

So many replies I don't have the time to reply to each and every one of you but just wanted to send my love to you all. I hope your all have a good week. Congratulations on new jobs and babies, have fun seeing family and friends and enjoy any adventures you have planned xxx
