Name one thing you're looking forward to this week..

For me it's going to a big home shop with my uncle, mum and sister. They have so many little stalls and brands and they have an actual Christmas display. I always think even if you've got a busy week there's something to look forward to. Even if it is just having an early finish at work or the fact there's a chilled wine in the fridge.

What's the one thing you're looking forward to out of life?

Going on honeymoon on Thursday ❤️

NCPuffin · 16/09/2018 20:48

@HotSauceCommittee thanks! I'll settle for a satisfying squelch instead of a pop as it's a planned caesarean Smile
@ninecoronas Super exciting nonetheless! PuffinBaby isn't technically due until the 28th but isn't cooperating so facing early eviction (large footling breech) this week!

mumof2sarah · 16/09/2018 20:50

My birthday, but the day itself will be manic, so Friday with some peace and quiet will be nice!

Lots of lovely things on here...

mumof2sarah · 16/09/2018 20:54

@MrsJonesAndMe happy birthday and I hope you enjoy your Friday xx

Friday

GrumpyOldMare · 16/09/2018 20:58

My two days off Wednesday and Thursday. I can finally stop and catch up with my housework and a book.

LanguidLobster · 16/09/2018 21:00

This week will not be particularly joyous, but I'm looking forward to being able to post a present to a friend tomorrow and hope it makes her smile

aperolspritzplease · 16/09/2018 21:01

The weekend! I'm travelling for work this week.

DinosApple · 16/09/2018 21:02

Friends coming up on Saturday afternoon for the night. Haven't seen them this year so it'll be lovely.
6 days of work to get through first though!

mumof2sarah · 16/09/2018 21:03

@BibiThree there's nothing better than baby snuggles. Enjoy xx

@Sarahlou63 I'd be scared stiff about a leg wax ha ha ha! But it's nice to see someone having some "me time" it's important xx

@Tisfortired I dread a Friday because it's when my DD1 goes to her dads. I don't mind her going and I always encourage visits etc but I miss her like mad. Only 5 sleeps left xx

@GrumpyOldMare Have a wonderful couple of days off. Please remember to take some time to just sit and relax xx

@LanguidLobster Sorry you're not feeling very like there would be any fun but I also want to say well done for finding some positivity (even something small) just that little bit of positivity can go a long way. Sending you love and hope you're friend enjoys her present xx

I've got new buttons to liven up an old but trusty cardigan. Nearly done with some tunics for autumn. Meeting old friends on Wednesday eve for a dinner out.

dudsville · 16/09/2018 21:06

(They have pockets! )

Thank you. Just sitting and relaxing won't get me anywhere lolol

BrazzleDazzleDay · 16/09/2018 21:08

The dentist! Rather odd I know but I was super scared to go for 10 years and now I've mastered that fear I always feel great after a check up.

mumof2sarah · 16/09/2018 21:09

@dudsville I love seeing etc and wish I had plenty more time to do it. I also want to learn to knit. Have a nice week x

@GrumpyOldMare even an hour does the world of good xx

Moving into my new house. Finally on the property ladder after what seems like a lifetime of stress between vendors and solicitors.

Can't wait to have a brew on a cardboard box and finally say it's mine Grin

mumof2sarah · 16/09/2018 21:10

@BrazzleDazzleDay I love that. Definately my most favourite up to now. I suffer a severe phobia of it and feel woozy at the through, need to start working through like you did. Enjoy the dentist xx

3 hours to myself on Thursday to do the big food shop alone and have a bath. Friday pay day. Not much else happening this week but I'm glad for a quiet week.

mumof2sarah · 16/09/2018 21:11

@ItsClemFandangoCanYouHearMe congratulations on your new home. I hope the move goes fantastic. Sending lots of love xx

For some people, yes it might. But I'm one of those people that get bored just sat 'relaxing'' when I could be ''doing'' I think my ''doing'' is my relaxing.
