What movies do your 12 year olds love?

We live overseas and are not exposed to a lot of advertising. Dd1 aged 12 is looking for new films to watch. Can anyone recommend their dcs favourites? Many thanks.

We have Netflix and they watch a lot on there as well - Anne with an E, Series of Unfortunate Events have been big faves. I have an almost 11 year old and a 13 year old.

Thanks. I hadn't thought of looking up favourite actors. That could work. She is asking for Netflix but I don't think we watch enough tv to justify it. She watches about one movie a week and e.g. and I just download and watch a few series.
