Can you turn off suggestions on Facebook groups?

I am a member of some groups on Facebook and Facebook keep suggesting various different friends that I might like to add to the group!
Is there anyway to turn this off? I am worried I might accidentally click on one of the suggestions and accidently add them! I would not want them knowing I am in certain groups as it's something personal
Is there a way to stop these suggestions?!

If it's a private group no need to worry anyway as any new adds would need to be approved by an admin. So if you did click something by mistake, just message the admins and say please don't approve X, I clicked it by mistake. The person you added won't get any notification and won't be added to the group.
