New Neighbours...Parking and really Loud S*x [No Diagram]

I haven't name changed for this because it's not outing at all.

We have lived in our house at the end of our lane for nearly 31 years. Lots of neighbours, similar lives to ourselves so everything's been fine. Anyway developers built some new homes this Summer in the next village which you can see across the valley, perched up on the hillside over three miles away. Through my binoculars I saw a youngish couple move in yesterday and they have two new cars.

Now I can only imagine they would have been up all night testing out their new bed and its also pretty likely they will park their posh cars wherever they please in the designated parking areas. AIBU to send them a really firm yet polite note welcoming them to their new home, but to tone it all down and be a bit more considerate given how we all have to live together?

YADNBU
They need to be less entitled and tone it down.
If they continue to be so leery after you send the note I suggest a polite protest on their drive. With placards. Down with this sort of thing! That'll learn them.

YANBU

I bet if you looked through their letterbox you'd see them walking around half dressed too.

Shocking behaviour IMO Shock

Just go and join in.

All those shiny new cars, waiting to be despoiled...

Not sure why you're resisting the temptation.

Through your binoculars you say? What's the Ordinance Survey grid reading of this village?

abbsisspartacus · 15/09/2018 21:14

Sprinkle bird seed on the cars? Or get a revenge peacock/peahen? I've heard once they move in they don't move out easily

rslsys · 15/09/2018 22:04

Have they planted Pampas Grass on the front lawn yet?

abbsisspartacus · 16/09/2018 10:10

I love a bit of pampas grass me
