Bought a packet of four mini Victoria sponges from M&S for DD.
Take a look at how much jam you get! I expected better.

(Teaspoon and pot of jam for scale).

So what have you felt short changed by lately?

(Lighthearted obviously)

That's a speck of dust!

I'd be outraged and would tweet them.
I take scones very seriously

wowfudge · 15/09/2018 14:33

But how do you take mini Victoria sandwiches Pristine?

I agree that's a minute amount OP.

AuditAngel · 15/09/2018 14:35

WOuld certainly not consider that acceptable from M&S!

PristineCondition · 15/09/2018 14:35

Yeah sure. "For scale". Op is just about to load her scone with jam

Pringles. You’re absolutely right. Got the jam and teaspoon out to fix it, then decided to take photo.

Why don't you send photo to M&S via their twitter, Facebook or email and let them know you're disappointed. Good for them to hear these things.

nicslackey · 15/09/2018 15:09

I'm outraged on your behalf. I had to enlarge the picture to see the jam. This is even worse than them discontinuing the dark chocolate and coconut yoghurts. Still so bitter. Twitter is your friend. Out them!!

Rockbird · 15/09/2018 15:12

That's too much jam. And too much icing. I like plain cake. Doesn't apply to scones though, load them up!
