WWYD to get help

Looking for a new dress yesterday and made the mistake of trying one on that was the wrong size. Got totally stuck with the dress over my head. Couldn’t see and not wearing much. Any advice on how to get help?

What did you do?

I guess, eventually if I really couldn't wriggle free, that I would call for the shop assistant and see if they could figure out how I was stuck and offer some advice on how to get out. I would try and cover up as much as possible before that eg try and put trousers back on or whatever.

Yes thanks. I have got it off but it took ages and I definitely needed help. Hopefully it won’t happen again but knowing me it could. Just trying to sort out what to do

I did my best to wriggle free but gave up after admitting defeat. Was really stuck so had no choice but to call for the shop assistant and there was nothing I could do to cover up. After a second shout for help a fellow customer replied. I had to decide whether to accept her offer

The real problem with that situation is I assume you couldn't see who was offering to help. I think I would ask her to get the shop assistant

I actually asked her to help me and she managed to pull the dress off. The only problem was that as the dress cleared my head I realised she had left the changing room door open. I think I’d been the cabaret act for the last half hour!
