Missing Amazon items

Grrrr! Anyone know how I can contact Amazon to sort this out? I can't find a way of reporting a missing item.

They've taken photographs of two packages on my doorstep, that were delivered this week, but one of the items was definitely not in the parcels.

I do a lot of online shopping and I'm getting increasingly frustrated by things not arriving.

Am I being thick? Have I missed something obvious? I can't ask for a replacement on their website without committing to returning the original item or being charged for it.

I had that this week.

I clicked on the link to my orders above, filled in the form for "where is my stuff" and I had a refund by the end of the day. They were really quick and helpful.

I had the same problem, ordered 2 of one item and only arrived, despite them taking money for two.
I eventually found a live chat icon on the website and within minutes the member of staff had out another order in at no extra cost and had my prime membership extended for the inconvenience.
Took me ages to find the live chat icon though, think it was through the order history and then lots of drop down menus about the problem.

While it shouldn't have happened in the first place, I can't fault their resolution. Item arrived in less than 24 hours from live chat.
