Just lost our guinea pig

He was five was very unexpected
Went to give him is veg this afternoon and found him
He was black with a ginger nose

I'm very sorry OP,we used to have a Guinea pig he was called Marmalade and he was lovely.

They really are lovely little souls.

Is 5 a good age for a guinea?

This is so sad. They are delightful. I still become upset over animal companions I have lost. They are a gift. Treasure them always in your heart.

5 is a very good age for a pig. Sorry to hear about your loss. They are lovely little things. We're down to our last piggie now and I miss all our previous pigs still!

Oh, poor thing. 5 is quite young for a guinea pig, but often if something is wrong you just don't know. And it sounds as if he didn't suffer.

They are lovely pets.
