Back pain

I have a weak core post pregnancy and my baby is now 6 months old. I'm having physio and do the exercises every day but as the baby gets bigger my back is getting worse. Today I have terrible lower back pain and 3 under-5s to look after.
I have taken ibuprofen and am trying to reat but can't really.
Any ideas how I can help myself?
Thanks

I'm in exactly the same position. DS started the process of fucking in my back. Pregnancy, big baby and he was super clingy till preschool age.

Now I also have an enormous 7mo and I've pretty much accepted a bad back is something I now will have to manage forever.

I've done physio (well worth keeping up) am about to visit an oestopath but the biggest single thing I've done to help is post natal Pilates. I take the baby with me and am religious about going.

Is that something you could do? Maybe worth a look on YouTube for videos. Physio also suggested a sports massage as a 'maintenance' approach once things get a bit better.

Thanks. My physio basically consists of 30mins of pilates a day. I would struggle to fit in more but will definitely keep it up!
