Does anyone get blood from their back passage when on their period ?

No - I think you need medical advice if you do.

If you have 'period poo' it might be there's a slight tear.

If it's a lot of blood then I'd seek medical advice, if just a small one off I'd keep an eye on it.

OK, in that case it is possible that you may be suffering from a perennial tear. This is actually quite common and fixable. I would suggest going to your GP.
