How to proactively say 'F**** You' to the neighbours?

I've had so many problems with my neighbours. I ask them nicely - they don't change, I complain to them directly - they get aggressive, I complain to the council - nothing has been done, I complain to their landlord/letting agent - my garden suffers mysterious damage but for a while they will behave. I think I'll have to move as I've just about had enough.

They seem to have no idea how to behave and no conception of how what they do affects others.

Today I refused to accept a parcel delivery. Yesterday I returned their cigarette butts over the fence. What can I actually do to piss them off. We currently do extra loud karaoke early the next day after they've had one of their extra late night special parties but I'm looking for more ideas.

How to proactively say 'F**** You' to the neighbours?

Are you sure its them?

MyShinyWhiteTeeth · 13/09/2018 17:16

Yeah, it's them. I witnessed them a few times and took photos. I've not yet got a security camera to record them but it's been advised. It dies down for a while then starts up again after a few months.

Thats not what i meant....you seem quite provocative. Let sleeping dogs lie

MyShinyWhiteTeeth · 13/09/2018 17:27

I'm just angry. I'm tired of putting up with it and being walked all over.
I just want them to come in quietly at 3 in the morning.

I've been trying to ignore it. I thought it was finally sorted this last few months but it's gradually getting worse again.

Are you renting, I'd set up cctv to monitor their behaviour and wouldn't do anything to deliberately piss them off, they may end up reporting you.

CircleofWillis · 13/09/2018 17:32

What are they actually doing to annoy you so much?

BMW6 · 13/09/2018 17:36

Ring their doorbell at 4am repeatedly? Play bagpipe music with the speakers right up against your party wall? Post the cigarette butts through their letter box?
Throw a raucous party and invite all the neighbours except them?

MyShinyWhiteTeeth · 13/09/2018 17:38

Other neighbours have also had issues and also contacted the letting agents and council.

I thought they'd had a warning and that was why they've been much better. I probably need to just hang on a bit longer. I don't think I'll have been the only one disturbed by last night's noise.

They are often still up at 4am though!

Yes, but WHAT have they been doing??

gamerchick · 13/09/2018 17:42

What are they doing?

Following the garden karaoke ridiculously loud singalong of the musical classic "oooh eee chirpy chirpy cheep cheep" at 1am last weekend I am currently looking forward to DD1 starting recorder lessons this coming week and the extensive hours of practice she'll be doing - in the conservatory for the noise to carry up the back of their house just like their fucking endless endless garden parties (the last one featured some fucknugget trying to play the national anthem on a vuvuzela at 2am) have done to my bedroom window from April to September every weekend.

We've had 8 years of trying to be considerate neighbours and not complaining about the endless noise and knobbishness and now my tolerance level has been breached - the vuvzela brought me to the brink and chirpy chirpy cheep cheep sent me over the edge.

MyShinyWhiteTeeth · 13/09/2018 17:59

It's mostly the noise at the moment, loud music, tv, shouting, swearing, screaming and shagging.

They've not had a really loud party with loads of people on a weekday for a few months but they are starting to come back drunk and making lots of noise before they settle down after a few hours.

Lots of things happened before with over spill of their friends into my garden so lots broken glass, cigarette butts, used condoms, damaged plants, fence and gates.

5000KallaxHoles it's the noise that seems to go on forever that gets me. We've also had the nearly all night security alarm going off as well so even when they are away the still manage to piss everyone off.
