Looking at some time next year at a holiday in Canada...havent a clue when or where to go so would need a travel agent to guide us I would of thought. A friend has been to Quebec and it did look lovely there with lots ot do. Would like to do sightseeing, take in an ice hockey match etc.... any recommendations?

I’d look on Tripadvisor for starters.

I would just research it myself, ask friends and possibly on here - travel agents haven't actually usually been to those places!

Failing that I would use trailfinders.

I went to Quebec City a couple of years ago. It was lovely. I looked online for flights and I booked an airbnb. Tours and trips can be booked when you get there. Although I guess you might need to book in advance to go to the hockey?

I'd plan something like that myself. Get a lonely planet or rough guide from the library and make a list of the things you want to do, trip advisor is good for hotel and guest house recommendations, kayak is a good site for getting a good idea about fight times and costs.

Trailfinders.
Their agents have actually traveled to places !

Trailfinders if you have a branch near you, they know the places.
